Elia provided a fantastic base for exploring Chania. The modern and spacious rooms featured comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. I particularly appreciated the hotel's location, just minutes from the harbor and the central market, making it easy to enjoy local eateries. The breakfast offered was delicious, with great coffee from a bean machine adding a nice touch to my mornings.

We loved the location, just a stroll away from the charming old harbor and endless shops. The staff were super accommodating, arranging our shuttle service seamlessly and even providing umbrellas by the entrance. The room was cozy, with plugs right by the bed—such a handy touch for our family with three kids.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available nearby.

Had a fantastic time here with friends! The location made it super easy to hit up the local markets and the botanical gardens. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast spread was great, especially if you like local flavors. Room was comfy and clean, perfect for relaxing after exploring.

One downside was the coffee situation. they only provided two capsules on arrival and charged for more, which was a bit odd for a hotel at this standard.

My stay was delightful, as the hotel is just minutes from the beautiful Municipal Garden and surrounded by charming restaurants like Evies Cafe. the staff were incredibly helpful and made my visit comfortable and enjoyable.
